In the centre of Winchester in an unassuming building a short walk from the High Street lives The Blend Academy. Owned by the inventive minds behind the Winchester Distillery, the academy is dedicated to the creation, tasting and enjoyment of gin. And you're invited!

The heart of the Blend Academy is the Blending Room - our dedicated research laboratory where visitors like you can learn the art of gin-making and create your very own personalised gin recipe to blend, bottle and take home.

To start the session our Master Blenders will guide you on a fun journey through the fascinating world of gin, delving into its intoxicating history and sampling diverse recipes from our own private catalogue.

You'll then be given exclusive access to the Blending Library - our private botanical archive containing over 100 native and exotic roots, herbs, spices, fruits and flowers for your blend. The recipe combinations are virtually limitless.

After formulating your recipe under the watchful eye of our Blend Master you’ll then bottle your gin and add your personalised label. As a graduate of the Blend Academy you’ll be able to order further bottles of your unique blend and to join our exclusive alumni club to experiment further.
